Private 1:1 · The Build Partnership

Meet your new team. They start immediately.

I help established coaches hire AI employees. An Email Writer trained on your voice. An Inbox Manager who clears the pile. A Numbers Person who knows your revenue cold. A Chief of Staff running all of it. Hired one at a time, working in your own accounts, doing real work every week. I install each one with you, and I keep your whole team sharp as AI advances.

30 minutes. You leave with your AI gameplan either way.

“You are the best hire I’ve ever made in my life. Ever.”

Heather A., coach and membership founder

This isn’t coaching, and it isn’t a course. It’s a hiring process.

You leave with employees: named roles doing real weekly work in your business. They just happen to be AI.

The invisible payroll
A virtual assistant$2,000 to $3,000 a month
A copywriter$1,000+ a month
A designer$3,000 an invoice

Each one: one job, business hours, and you still manage them

You’ve got the payroll. Where’s the team?

You’re not doing it all alone anymore. You hired the VA, maybe a contractor or two, and they help. But be honest about the math: you’re paying real money every month for work you can’t quite see, and the projects you actually care about are still stuck.

One of my clients said it out loud on our first call: she pays $2,600 a month for a full-time VA, and when I asked what the VA does, she said, “You know what? It’s embarrassing. I actually don’t know.”

Meanwhile the projects circle. They sit on your mind, you start one, you hit a roadblock, you set it down, and it stays undone. Your revenue doesn’t reflect how long you’ve been at this, because the pieces that would move it keep getting blocked.

And you’ve done the AI thing. The mastermind with the AI experts, the course, the bootcamp. You walked out with notes, not a built business. As one of my clients put it: the group calls are fine, but “the implementation is the hard part.”

What changed.

Until recently, AI could only talk about your business. Now it works inside the tools you already run on. Not copy-paste. Actually work: the page goes live, the emails load into your platform in your voice, the labels appear in your inbox.

Which means something that was never true before: you can hire for the output without hiring a person.

Almost nobody is running their coaching business this way yet. That’s the window. The coaches who win the next year are hiring their teams right now.

Done. Price updated, both testimonials live.

Meet the team you can hire.

Every role below has been hired into a real coaching business and done the job. You don’t hire them all at once. We start with the roles your business is begging for, and your team grows from there.

First hire
The Chief of Staff

Your first hire, and the one the rest of the team reports to. Briefs you each morning, tracks your commitments, routes your requests, and turns everything your team produces into decisions instead of a pile.

Replaces: the 30-tab morning and the scattered to-do list.

Hire
The Email Writer

Writes your weekly email in your voice, trained on what you’ve actually sent, and loads it into your platform ready for your review.

Replaces: the $1,000-a-month copywriter, and the guilt about the list you barely email.

Hire
The Inbox Manager

Triages and labels, drafts replies that sound like you, learns from your edits, and files a weekly inbox report.

Replaces: the VA hours you pay for email.

Hire
The Content Manager

Turns one call or podcast into a week of posts, in your voice, ready to schedule.

Replaces: the “what do I post?” spiral.

Hire
The Launch Manager

Builds your next launch from your last one: the emails, the affiliate outreach, the timeline. Catches the errors before anything sends.

Replaces: the launch-copy sprint and the coordination chaos.

Hire
The Numbers Person

Pulls your real revenue, subscribers, and funnel health into one plain-English report every week.

Replaces: “I don’t actually know my numbers.”

Hire
The Web Designer

Builds and fixes pages by talking, in your brand, on your platform.

Replaces: the designer invoice and the three-week wait.

Hire
The Funnel Auditor

Walks every step of your funnel like a customer, finds the dead links and the silent leaks, then ships the fixes.

Replaces: the leak you don’t know you have.

Hire
The Client Care Assistant

Captures every client call, drafts the recap the same day, and keeps a living playbook for each client.

Replaces: after-call admin and “what did we say last time?”

Hire
The Retention Manager

Turns your program data into per-member progress reports that make renewal conversations easy.

Replaces: gut-feel retention.

Hire
The SOP Writer

Watches how the work actually happens and writes your operations manual as you go.

Replaces: the undocumented business.

Hire
The Custom Hire

A role we design together for the work only your business does: a book pipeline, a podcast workflow, a certification program. Scoped with a written definition of done, so we both know when to celebrate.

And the roster keeps growing. Every month we look at what’s costing you the most, and we hire for it. The building never stops.

An organized workspace

Every hire gets an office and an onboarding packet.

An employee is only as good as what they know. So before your team does anything, it gets two things.

The office: one organized home for your whole business. Everything your team builds is saved there: findable, reusable, yours. Nothing lives in a chat window that disappears.
The onboarding packet: your business, written down. Your offers, your people, your numbers, your plans, and your voice, learned from what you’ve actually written, not a questionnaire. Every hire reads it before they start, so nobody on your team ever begins from zero, and nothing they write sounds like a stranger.

You watch all of it get built. That’s on purpose: you’ll understand your own team, and you’ll own it.

How we build your team.

Month one: the install. $5,000.

Two 90-minute setup sessions plus three 45-minute working sessions, front-loaded in the first two weeks. I set up the office and the onboarding packet, you name your Chief of Staff, and we make your first hires from the roster, pointed at something real: a cost you’re tired of paying or a project that’s been stuck for months. By the end of month one you have a working team, not a plan.

Every month after: the partnership. $2,500/month.

Your standing weekly slot. A weekly 45-minute working session, live, in your accounts, at a time that’s yours.
Sessions bank. Skip a week and it goes into your bank; hold up to four. Life and launches happen.
Sessions combine. When something big is moving, two sessions can combine into one longer 90.
The never-stuck line. A private Slack channel to me. You’re never stuck more than one business day; usually much less.
Your team keeps building between sessions. Real work ships while you coach, not just when we meet.
The weekly check. Your team reports on itself every week and I read it: what’s running, what’s drifting, what deserves attention next. Problems get caught before you feel them.
The team keeps growing. New hires keep going to work: sometimes brand new roles, sometimes making an existing one flawless.

Simple monthly subscription, cancel anytime. Everything your team builds lives in your accounts. If we stopped tomorrow, it all keeps working and it’s all yours.

The part nobody else offers

“Part of what you have now is me watching AI for you. When something more powerful comes out, I bring it into your system, so you’re always running the best setup I know how to build.”

Kelly

Most people have to keep up with AI themselves. You have someone whose job is making sure your business never falls behind.

What clients say about their teams.

“We were hoping to get one website done. In less than 24 hours my new site was live, and by the end of the week I’d built five more pages myself.”

Heather A.

“WOW!!! My DREAMS HAVE COME TRUE!! I already did the new offer prompt and found out my new offer and it’s already created a sales page in Kajabi for me... with a 90 day plan which I’m just gonna do it cause it’s a very good plan.”

Nagina A., written note

“For me, this is like the exhale. I’m not complaining, it’s a champagne problem.”

Shivan S.

“It also put in a ticket to Apple... it did a lot of stuff for me that blew my mind.”

Tricia N., after a live rescue of her podcast listing

Results clients point to

A brand-new website live in under 24 hours, then five more pages she built herself that week
A weekend SEO overhaul she priced at “at least $5,000,” done for about $13 of AI usage
A $2,080/month VA retired, with the AI answering team email faster
A $1,000+/month copywriter replaced, and now the emails load themselves into her platform
25 hours a month back, her own count, three weeks in

Why me, and why not a course or an agency.

A client once asked me: do you give somebody the fish, or teach them how to fish? This is the third option. We fish together, in your account, every week, until your business runs the way you always pictured.

Since early 2024 I’ve been the person answering the AI questions inside a ~500-person community of online business owners, nearly every day. Real businesses, real breakage, real judgment calls: what to automate, what to keep human, how to fix it when it breaks. Tools change monthly; the judgment travels. One client put it this way: the mentors who supposedly know AI “do not know AI the way you do.”

And here’s the part I’d want to know if I were you: every role on that roster runs in my own business first. My own Chief of Staff is named Chelsea, and she briefed me this morning. I don’t sell anything my own company doesn’t run on.

It will never feel like “here you go, good luck.” In a client’s words: “I immediately feel like you’re on my team. You want me to succeed. You are invested. You care.”

Is this you?

Established coaching business with real revenue and a real backlog
You’d rather approve great work than produce all of it yourself
You want the team in YOUR accounts, not rented from an agency
You can give it 45 focused minutes a week

Probably not for you if: you’re pre-revenue, you want a course, or you want to hand your marketing to someone and never think about it again. I build with you, not instead of you.

The numbers, out loud.

Already know you’re in? You can start here.

Here’s the frame I’d use. One good hire costs $2,000 to $3,000 a month, works 40 hours a week, and does one job. This is a whole team, plus the person who builds it with you and keeps it current, for about the price of that one hire. It works at 2am the night before your launch. It never puts in notice. And everything it builds is yours: if we stopped tomorrow, your team keeps working and you keep all of it.

Your human team: bring them along free, always. They can sit in on our sessions, watch every recording, and ask questions in your Slack channel. If you want team members set up with their own AI (their accounts, their workflows, their own line to me), that’s the Team Container: $1,000 a month covers up to three builders under care, with a one-time $1,500 onboarding per builder.

Tell me what’s eating your weeks. If your team can do it, I’ll tell you exactly how, on the call.

Questions, answered

Do I need to be technical?

No. Seventeen years of teaching math taught me how to walk smart people through unfamiliar territory. You bring the business. I bring the build.

What tools does my team run on?

The AI that fits your business plus the platforms you already run on. Kajabi is a specialty; your stack is fine too.

Whose accounts does everything live in?

Yours. Your AI, your platforms, your logins, your assets. Your team works for you, not for me.

How much of my time does this take?

One 45-minute session a week, plus reviewing what your team produces. Most clients spend more time approving finished work than doing anything that feels like homework.

What if I miss a week?

Your sessions bank, up to four, so a vacation or a launch week doesn’t cost you anything. Your employees don’t take the week off.

What if I want more?

When something big is moving, two sessions can combine into one longer 90. And if your bank is empty, an extra session is available for $500. Just ask.

What about my VA or human team?

Bring them, free, to every session and into your Slack channel. The goal isn’t replacing people you love working with; it’s getting the $5-an-hour work off everyone’s plate. If a team member should have their own AI setup, that’s the Team Container above.

What happens after month one?

The partnership continues month to month, a simple subscription, cancel anytime. Most clients stay because the list of “what else could my team do” keeps growing, and the hiring never stops.

What if I stop?

Your team is yours. It keeps working, in your accounts, whether we’re working together or not. What ends is me: the weekly sessions, the Slack line, and my watching AI on your behalf. You keep everything we built.

The gameplan call is free. The backlog isn’t.
