Seventeen years of “I’m just not a math person.”
I graduated from Villanova in 1997 and spent the next seventeen years teaching math. Which means I spent seventeen years hearing some version of “I’m just not a math person.”
I never believed it. Give someone the right steps, in the right order, with someone patient at the whiteboard, and they surprise themselves every time. Nobody is bad at this. They just never had someone walk them through it.
Keep that thought. It’s the whole reason coaches who “aren’t techie” end up running their business on AI.
I wasn’t behind because I was lazy. And neither are you.
Mom of two, wife, working professional. I knew the drill: work harder, fall further behind. I bought the courses, the books, the planners. Each one came with a little flare of hope and ended in the same place, because the problem was never the planner.
The turning point wasn’t a better system. It was learning to manage my mind first and my calendar second. I went all in: certified with The Life Coach School in 2023, built the NeuroEfficiency Framework, hosted the Productivity Genius Podcast, and coached busy coaches through clearing the to-do lists that were eating their lives.
My whole promise back then fit in four words: all done, clear mind.
It still does. The tools just got dramatically better.
Then I watched AI start actually doing the work.
In early 2024 I stepped into the AI world properly, supporting roughly 500 online business owners inside Rick Mulready’s AI Playbook community as their go-to for making AI useful in real businesses. Not demos. Real funnels, real inboxes, real launches.
And in 2026, something clicked into place: AI stopped being a writing assistant and became a builder. I connected it to Kajabi and watched pages, emails, offers, and automations get built by talking. The backlog I’d spent years helping coaches manage? AI could just... do it.
So I stopped teaching productivity and started installing it. Today I’m the AI implementation partner for established coaches: I come into your business and build the systems, with you, in your accounts.
What I believe
I do about 95 percent of the work: the drafts, the pages, the sequences, the automations. You do the 5 percent that matters most: you review, you adjust, you hit send. Nothing goes out without your eyes on it. That’s not a limitation of AI. That’s the design.
I’ve tested more AI tools than I’d like to admit, and I’ll happily tell you which ones to skip. If something doesn’t earn its keep in a real coaching business, it doesn’t get installed. You’ve been sold enough nonsense.
