Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 20, 2026. This policy replaces all earlier versions.

Productivity Genius Coaching LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit www.productivitygeniuscoaching.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (the "Website"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. It applies to information we collect on the Website and in email or other electronic messages between you and the Website.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Website. By using the Website, you accept and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out forms on the Website, sign up for our email list, download a free resource, register for a webinar, workshop, or event, purchase a product or service, book a call, respond to a survey, post in a community area, or contact us. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. As you navigate the Website, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies to automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity. This may include your IP address, general location, browser type, operating system, device type, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, and the website you visited before and after ours.

Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising Technology

The Website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that helps the Website function and helps us understand how visitors use it.

We currently use, or may use, the following categories of technologies:

Essential cookies. Required for the Website to function, including checkout and login. These cannot be turned off through our consent tools.

Analytics. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Advertising pixels and retargeting. We use the Meta Pixel and related tools such as the Meta Conversions API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram). These tools collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view and actions you take on the Website, and share it with Meta. Meta may connect this information with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it, together with information it collects from other websites, to show you interest-based ads on Meta's platforms and elsewhere, to measure ad performance, and to help us build advertising audiences, including audiences of people similar to our visitors. We may use similar advertising tools offered by other platforms, such as Google, and this policy applies to those tools as well.

Your choices about interest-based advertising. You can limit or opt out of interest-based advertising in several ways:

Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads. It means the ads you see will be less tailored to your interests.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. Because there is not yet a uniform standard for interpreting all of these signals, we may not respond to every such signal, but you can always exercise the opt-out choices described above or contact us directly at the email address below.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Website, our products, and our services
  • Process purchases, subscriptions, and refunds and deliver what you bought
  • Send you the resources, newsletters, and information you request
  • Send marketing communications about our products, services, offers, and events, which you can opt out of at any time
  • Advertise our products and services, including through interest-based advertising and retargeting as described above
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer service
  • Analyze how the Website is used so we can improve it
  • Administer our business, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

Email Marketing

If you are outside the European Union and the United Kingdom and you opt in to receive a free resource, register for a training, webinar, or event, or purchase a product, we may enroll you in our free email newsletter. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we will only enroll you in the newsletter with your affirmative consent.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking that link or by emailing [email protected]. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act: our emails identify the sender and include our contact information. We do not sell, rent, or lease our email list to third parties.

Our Use of Artificial Intelligence

We use AI throughout our business, and we are open about that. Our use of AI may involve your information in the following ways:

AI as part of our operations. We use AI assistants and tools (such as those provided by Anthropic and OpenAI) to help us draft content and communications, organize our work, manage scheduling and follow-ups, and deliver our services. When these tools process personal information, they do so as service providers acting on our behalf.

Call recording and transcription. Coaching sessions, consults, workshops, and other calls with us may be recorded and transcribed, including through AI-powered tools such as Fathom or Granola. We will tell you when a call is being recorded. Recordings and transcripts are used to deliver our services, keep accurate records of our work together, and improve what we do.

AI-assisted communications and content. Some of the content on this Website, in our emails, and in our materials is created or edited with the assistance of AI tools and reviewed by us.

We select reputable AI providers and, where the provider gives us the option, we use settings intended to prevent your personal information from being used to train their publicly available models. We do not sell your information to AI companies. Information shared with these providers is otherwise handled as described in the "Service providers" paragraph below.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as follows:

Service providers. We share information with companies that provide services on our behalf, such as our website and course platform (Kajabi), payment processors, email delivery, scheduling tools, video conferencing, call recording and transcription services, AI tool providers, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

Advertising partners. As described above, our use of advertising pixels shares certain browsing information with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google for measurement and interest-based advertising. Some state privacy laws treat this kind of disclosure as a "sale" of personal information or as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described in the "Your choices" section above or by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Opt Out of Targeted Advertising."

Professional advisors and legal compliance. We may disclose information to our lawyers, accountants, and other advisors, to enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements, to collect amounts owed, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Business transfers. We may transfer information to a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, dissolution, or sale of some or all of our assets.

Your Privacy Rights

United States state privacy rights. Depending on where you live, state law (including laws in California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, Texas, Virginia, and a growing number of other states) may give you rights to: know or access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; receive a portable copy of your information; and opt out of targeted advertising, "sales" of personal information, or certain profiling. Many of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds, and we may not be legally required to comply with each one. As a matter of policy, we honor reasonable access, correction, deletion, and advertising opt-out requests from any US resident regardless of whether the law requires it.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request. We will verify your identity, typically by confirming control of the email address associated with your information, and respond within the time required by applicable law (and in any event within 45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If applicable law gives you the right to appeal a decision we make, you may appeal by replying to our response, and where applicable you may also contact your state Attorney General.

European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR) rights. If you are in the EU or UK, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, marketing to EU/UK residents), performance of a contract (delivering products you purchase), and our legitimate interests (operating and improving our business). You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it. You may request deletion at any time as described above.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including SSL encryption on the Website and reputable third-party vendors. Payment information is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information, such as payment card numbers, by email.

International Visitors

The Website is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children's Privacy

The Website is not intended for children under 18, and no one under 13 may provide any information to the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under 13, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We post any changes to this Privacy Policy on this page and update the effective date above. If we make material changes to how we treat personal information, we will notify you by email to the address on file or by a notice on the Website home page. Please check this page periodically for updates.
