Month one: the install. It includes two 90-minute setup sessions plus four 45-minute working sessions, front-loaded in the first two weeks, and we spend them building your AI operating system with you in the room: an AI that knows your business cold, one organized home for everything, a named Chief of Staff, your first AI employees, and your first system live, something that replaces a real cost or ships a stuck project.
Every month after:
- Four 45-minute working sessions with me, in your own standing weekly slot
- Skip a week and the session banks, up to four in the bank. Two can combine into one longer session when something big is moving
- Slack anytime in between. I answer within one business day.
And we keep building, one system at a time: built with you, documented, adopted, and yours from the day it ships.
Part of what you're buying is me watching AI for you. When something more powerful comes out, I bring it into your system, so you're always running the best setup I know how to build.
