TOOLS & PROMPT GENERATOR

Hey there, coaches! I wanted to share some of my favorite AI notetaking tools. I’ve been testing out a few, and here’s a friendly rundown of what I love:

  • Fathom: My favorite if you want to capture video too.  I personally use the free version. Try 3 months of premium for free Give Fathom a try. [affiliate link btw]

  • Otter.ai: Not my favorite. They’re offering 1 month of Pro Lite. Check out Otter.ai. [affiliate link]

  • Granola: My personal favorite 🤩, Granola, is awesome and captures your notes in real-time. [I think it's just for Mac 🤔] Visit their website at granola.ai.

A Special Tool I Created: The Transcript Prompt Generator

I actually built a Transcript Prompt Generator for Coaches to help you turn those detailed transcripts into structured content like follow-up emails, social media posts, blog ideas, and more. This little tool isn’t about doing the analysis—it’s about guiding you through a few friendly questions so you can generate a personalized prompt for your specific needs. Here’s a quick peek at what it does:

  • Identify Your Session Type:
Whether it’s a one-on-one session, group coaching, workshop, or another format, the generator asks you to pick your session type from a simple list.

  • Choose Your Content Outputs:
Decide what you need—be it call summaries, emails, task lists, journal prompts, or social media ideas.

  • Customize Step by Step:
It walks you through each selection with clear, one-at-a-time questions, ensuring you create a prompt that’s perfectly tailored to your needs.

  • Final Touch:
After a quick recap, it gives you a clear, actionable prompt that you can use with ChatGPT or other AI tools to get your follow-up content ready.

I hope you can use some part of this to save you time. Let me know if you have any questions —always happy to chat and learn from each other. Happy coaching!
