AI Meeting Recap – February 14, 2025
In this session, we covered:
1. How to Get AI to Sound Like You
AI-generated content can often sound cheesy or unnatural, but there are ways to improve its output:
- Option 1: Provide AI with Samples of Your Writing – Upload various content types (emails, blog posts, transcripts, etc.) to a custom GPT to train it on your unique style.
- Option 2: Borrow a Writing Style – If there’s a writer you admire (e.g., Donald Miller), you can upload their content and have AI mimic their tone.
- Option 3: Build a Reference Document – Instead of uploading samples, start saving your best AI-edited content in a Google Doc. Then, reference it in your prompts for consistent style.
- Bonus Option: Use my sample writing style template as a shortcut!
🚀 Access the Writing Style Training GPT in the Google Doc linked above.
2. Using AI for Call Transcripts & Summaries
We also explored how to leverage AI to get the most out of client or team call transcripts. The custom GPT we discussed can:
✅ Generate call summaries
✅ Extract key takeaways
✅ Suggest podcast, blog, or content ideas
✅ Write follow-up emails for clients

3. AI & Social Media Post Creation
- Bulk Content Creation in Canva – Automate Instagram reel text using Canva’s "Bulk Create" feature, combined with an AI-generated content table.
- Gamma AI for Carousels – Quickly generate slide-style social posts from transcripts.
- Saving & Organizing Social Media Content – Using a Google Doc or bookmarking frequently used prompts and custom GPTs.
4. Organizing AI-Generated Content Efficiently
- Save custom GPT links in a bookmarks folder for easy access.
- Keep a Google Doc of key prompts to reuse in future AI interactions.
- Store client documents & important AI outputs in labeled folders.
- Use descriptive file names so they’re easy to find later.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! Have an awesome weekend! 💕
