You finished writing it twenty minutes ago. You are still not done.
The writing was never the hard part. You know what you want to say to your people.
It is everything after. Pasting it in and watching the formatting fall apart. Fixing the links one at a time. Deciding who it goes to, then second-guessing it. Remembering the preview text, or not remembering it. Reading it one more time because sending to the wrong list is a specific kind of stomach drop.
Twenty minutes of writing turns into an hour, and somewhere in there is the week you just skip.
This workshop is about deleting the hour.
... Connect Kajabi to Claude, live, in about five minutes. It is a normal sign-in screen. No code, no keys, nothing to install. We do it together and then we test it, so you watch it read your own account back to you.
... Teach it your voice from an email you already sent. Not a questionnaire about your brand. It reads a real newsletter of yours, picks up how you open, how you sign off, how long your paragraphs run, and who you usually mail. You get a short profile you keep and reuse.
... Then one sentence puts next week's newsletter in your account. Formatted, links working, personalization in, addressed to the right people, sitting in Kajabi as a draft. You read it once and hit send.
This is a build-along, not a lecture. We connect your account, capture your voice, and run one real newsletter through it, together, in the actual apps. You leave with it working, not with notes about it working.
Here's what you'll walk away with
In 45 minutes we will connect your Kajabi account to Claude, teach it how you sound, and put one real newsletter draft in your account. Click by click, in your account, not mine. You will use it on next week's send.
1.
Your Kajabi account connected to Claude, and proven. Not "you'll know how to." Connected, live, while you watch. Then we test it, so you see it read your own account back to you before we build anything on top of it. About five minutes, and it is a normal sign-in screen.
2.
Your voice, captured in a file you keep. We point it at a newsletter you already sent. It picks up how you open, how you sign off, how you write a link, how long your paragraphs run, and who you usually send to. You get a short profile back. Paste it in once and week two takes one sentence.
3.
Meet Edward, and one real newsletter already in your account. Edward is your email AI assistant, and he is yours to keep. Free, a file you own. You will install him live and run one real newsletter through him: written in your voice, formatted, links working, addressed to the right people, waiting in Kajabi as a draft. Edward cannot send it. That part stays yours, on purpose.
Got Questions? I've got answers.
- Will it sound like a robot?
This is the number one complaint about AI writing and it is a fair one. Most of it comes from asking AI to write from nothing. We do the opposite. Before it writes a single line, it reads a newsletter you already sent and pulls your actual patterns out of it: how you open, how you sign off, whether you use bullets, how you ask people to click. Then it writes from that. And you will judge it live, in the room, against your own words, not on my say-so. If it does not sound like you on the first pass, you tell it what is off and it fixes it in front of you. - My newsletter is not consistent. Is this even for me?
Especially for you. Nobody skips a week because they ran out of things to say. They skip it because of the forty minutes of chores on the other side of the writing, and after two skipped weeks it starts to feel like a project instead of a Tuesday. Take the chores out and the week stops being a decision. If you have a list and you have been meaning to email it since August, this is aimed directly at you. - Do I have to pay for Claude?
No. The free plan does everything we build on Friday. Paid Claude is $20/mo and the honest difference is that it remembers your setup between weeks, so you paste your voice profile in once instead of at the start of every session. Nice, not required. Come on free, leave with it working, decide later. - What if I am not techy?
Then you are in the right room. The only setup is signing in to Kajabi from Claude, which looks exactly like every other sign-in screen you have used. There is no code, no API key, nothing to install and nothing to configure. After that, you type a sentence about what your newsletter is about. That is the whole skill. - What if I cannot make it live?
Register anyway and the replay comes to you. It is up for 72 hours. (Why only 72 hours? Long answer: I am an accountability coach and "available forever" almost always means "watched never." Short answer: I would rather this actually help you than sit in your inbox.) Live is better if you can swing it, because you leave with the thing built instead of planning to build it. - Are you going to sell me something?
Yes, at the end, and I would rather tell you now than have you wondering the whole time. Here is the deal I will keep: the workshop is the whole build. Nothing is held back for a paid version, and you can leave at the 40-minute mark with everything working and owe me nothing. Then I will spend a few minutes on what I do with the coaches I work with, and how to talk to me if you want that. That is it.
Hi, I'm Kelly. AI Systems Strategist & Productivity Coach.
A certified life coach and an AI guide for coaches who'd rather DO than learn ABOUT. I install AI teams inside coaching businesses: not one clever prompt, an actual set of assistants that do real weekly work, built with the coach watching so she can direct it herself afterward.
I built this workshop because the newsletter is the job coaches most often describe as "I know I should" and most often do not. Not because they cannot write. Because the twenty minutes of writing comes with forty minutes of chores attached, and that is the part that quietly kills the habit.
By 2:45pm on Friday you'll have Kajabi connected to Claude, your voice captured in a file you keep, Edward installed, and one real newsletter sitting in your account waiting for you to read it and hit send.
