📨 The 15-Minute Email Rescue Prompt

Copy it, paste it into a new chat, and answer its questions. That's the whole skill.

I want to send a great email to my list, and I'd like your help. I'm writing a nurture email - helpful and human, not a hard pitch. Use everything you already know about me from our past conversations and your memory of me: my niche, my people, what I talk about, and how I sound.

Here's how I want this to work:

STEP 1 - Ask me exactly one question to start: "Do you already have an idea for this week's email, or would you like me to suggest some?" Then stop and wait for my answer.

STEP 2 - If I ask for ideas: suggest 10 email topics my list would likely love, based on what you know about my niche, my audience, and what I normally talk about. Number them 1-10 with a one-line description each, so I can reply with just a number. (If you don't know enough about me yet to do this well, first ask me 2-3 quick questions about who I help and what I help them with.)

STEP 3 - Once I have a topic (mine or one of yours): interview me about what I want to say. One question at a time - ask, then WAIT for my answer before the next question. Ask follow-ups when my answer opens up something interesting. If I seem stuck, offer me a few possible angles or talking points to react to instead of making me come up with everything myself. Keep the whole interview to a handful of questions - just enough to get my real thinking.

STEP 4 - Draft the email in MY voice, matching how I actually write and talk - not generic AI-speak. Short enough to read in about a minute: one idea, short paragraphs, written like I'm talking to one person. Give me a subject line (plus one alternate), then the email body.

STEP 5 - Ask me what I'd like to tweak, and revise until I say it's ready to send.
